Our more than 100 shops in the Greater China region are managed by four offices, in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Taiwan. Three frozen bakery plants manufacture frozen bakery products not only for our own needs but also provide premium products to institutional customers and other retailers in the Greater China region and to Japan and Australia’s key customers.

With a significant share of the market, CDF is now one of the largest Café Bakery retail chains in the Greater China Region. Our own production facilities in China and Taiwan ensure the supply of delicious, nutritious and fresh products made only with the highest quality ingredients.

CDF also provides bakery solutions to its large base of institutional clients. Our frozen dough and par-baked products create added value and better peak time yield to key customers in the region.
